The original layout of The Source, our subsidiary’s intranet, was cumbersome and unintuitive, making it difficult for employees to find critical information.

 

This inefficiency hindered productivity and left employees feeling disconnected from company goals, programs and policies.

 

In response, we partnered with trusted SharePoint developers to overhaul The Source’s UI and UX. Based on user feedback and focus groups, we introduced a streamlined homepage, clear information architecture, enhanced search functionality and intuitive navigation.

 

These upgrades boosted efficiency and empowered employees to stay informed and productive.

 

Looking ahead, the gallery includes mockups for a 2025 refresh, featuring a static side navigation, a prominent search bar and highly visible quick links - three of the most highly-requested updates.
